I've been searching the Washburn N4 for months but didn't successful, so I ended up with the N24.
I got bargain price (it's not cheap..but worth it) from local retailer I found online, and it's a steal.
This is the best guitar I have so far. I decided to get the N24 as I admire Nuno Betencourt of Extreme.
So, I won't talk too much, here's the Pros and Cons about N24
Pros:
- The Look (natural finish)
- Playability: Totally awesome. I played for hours without any hand ache. Very comfortable in my hand
- Stephen's Extended Cutaways (SEC) tech. No more difficulties playing highest notes.
- Versatile guitar with various tone. Neck, Mid, Bridge for both humbucker and single coil (Coil tap)
- Sounds. It's sounds very Nuno. Screaming harsh sound with harmonics (at bridge position)
- Stable tuning
- Lightweight
Cons:
- Ackward floyd rose setup. If you pull all the way back....the string stuck at the bridge pickup (just need a proper setup)
- You might want to lubricate the volume knob...sometimes little bit scratchy noisy (that's my case)
Overall, I have no major complain....the best guitar I have so far, and I love it.
